BirdBreath Bird Tutorials
I live on the Web and Web tutorials for almost everything I need to know. Even at work. What fantastic resources.
When I decided to draw a cartoon about birds, at that time, this is about all I knew:
bird[burd]
–noun
1. any warm-blooded vertebrate covered with feathers, having wings, legs, a beak, no teeth, and bearing young in a hard-shelled egg.
What do you think? Good enough? Not. So I turned to About.com, The Audubon, Cornell, and others. More than enough. Maps, charts, pictures, audio, videos.
But what I found missing though was something in the middle. Something more easily understood and yet not totally overload.
My solution? BirdBreath Bird Tutorials – like what you see here on the left. A simple BirdBreath cartoon. Something even I can understand. Here are a few others: Barn Swallow, Hoot Owl, Barn Owl, Screech Owl. Stay tuned. More will follow.
